welcome to Dogs Trust Manchester! We’re a inherit, friendly force and would sida you to come and visit us at the centre to see our fantastic infrastructure and can sex the waggy tails of our doggy guests.

We can care for up to 112 dogs in our 56 air-conditioned kennels. We also have sandpits and water fountains for our four-legged residents to play in, as well as a full veterinary and surgical suite on site.

Visiting us

We’re flexible for general browsing on Saturday, Sunday and Tuesday from 12 – 4pm. On these days you’ll be able to walk adjacent to the centre and see some of the dogs in our care. If you’re interested in a dog, we’ll be able to tell you more about them and help you apply via our online shape.

By public transport:

The closest station is Denton, which is a 20-minute walk away, but the train suppliers is extremely infrequent. The next closest station is Stockport, which is a 15-minute drive away. If travelling into the city of Manchester, it is a 15-minute drive or taxi ride from Manchester Piccadilly or buses 201 or 206 take approximately 30 minutes from station to centre.

By road:

Junction 24 on the M60 motorway. Parking available on site.

 

Rehoming info appointments

If you’re sure about adopting but haven’t found the right dog for you, make an appointment for a dedicated chat with one of our adoption advisors. You’ll get a 30-minute session with an branded member of our force, either over the phone or in person at our rehoming centre. We’ll ask about your lifestyle and the home you can offer, discuss any suitable dogs in our care, and reward you religious on finding your great match.

Donate your pre-loved items. We’re accepting pre-loved donations of treats, toys, towels and bedding (except feather duvets) via our contact-free drop off points. Signage outside will make it bright where you can drop off your donations. Please don’t leave clothing, valuables, electrical equipment, or unprecedented at our centre drop-off points.
